My rear sub is shot. When I attempted to remove it I could not figure out how to get it out. Any advice would be appreciated.
My Exp. is a 1998.

You need to take out a lot of stuff to do it right. Take off the rear passenger seatbelt, the moldings around the rear right, and the rear right panel. You can cheat, but chances are you'll break somethying. Unscrewing the screws around the sub will do you no good, as there is a screw in the rear through the magnet into the case.

Is removing all the rear panelling very difficult? My sub woofer does not work and I have just bought the vehicle and dont know if there is a problem with the sub woofer or the wiring? It looks it could be the sub however.

Any advice is much appreciated.
