Rear Vents

So I had to take down my headliner to fix a leak in the moon roof of my 07 Expedition. Put the headliner back in and now I can not seem to get the rear vents to flow any air. Does anyone know of a trick to get the duct from the C pillar aligned properly with the opening in the headliner?
