I have a 2003 Ford expedition the route and the relay Box the relay that keeps my truck running is getting overheated and melting I can smell it when I get to go and it gets hot and it will all of a sudden cut off what can I do

You can keep replacing the PCM relay but in the end you'll end up replacing the fusebox itself. The 2003 model year Expeditions had a bad issue with the fuel pump micro relay melting and damaging the PCM relay in the process. The replacement fuseboxes have heavier duty micro relays built in to the circuit boards and don't suffer the overheating and melting issues.
