We are looking for some good "Repair Mistake & Blunder" true stories to feature in the RockAuto newsletter (we know you have some)! Tell us about your most infamous auto repair blunder or unconventional fix. Use your woe to help others avoid similar mistakes or share off-the-wall solutions that worked ... at least for a while!

I was trying to fix a blown out sparkplug and after I got it in I forgot to put the bolt back in the coil pak and as I told my buddy to turn it over stupid me decided to put my face over the the darn thing and ended up with a broken coil pack and 8 stitches above my left eye. I told my wife has got jumped by three dude's and she knew I was bull***** . So yeah my Ford beat my a**
