Reset Oil Life

I can't reset the oil change monitor on my 2017. I've done everything by the book several times and it won't flip to 100%. Worked fine for the last several oil changes and just quit this change. I keep a written record so it's not a big deal but just an aggravation.

I'm wondering if there's anything else that is connected to the Oil Change Monitor that may need to be reset. Not sure if it's related, but I read somewhere that the Trip Log may need to be reset. I did reset all to 0 miles and tried again on the Oil Change reset - still nothing working. I'm skeptical of disconnecting battery.

Anybody have any updates on issues resetting the Oil Change Monitor???
