For those with roof racks I need your input. We are going on our first road trip in May and need help. I am planning on putting misc. items on the roof rack, like cooler, stroller, and a pack and play. What do you recommend I used incase of rain? Not really worried about the cooler btw.

There are a couple of companies that make waterproof roof bags. Places like autoanything.com are a great place to start looking.

Ive already looked there. But I really do my research before I buy anything. I dont like buying something that doesnt work. Thats why I wanna buy something that a member has used and abused:waytogo:

I have used and abused the HELL outta my Cabelas bag. Its really heavy duty and surprisingly big. It has a monster waterproof zipper and plus another portion that goes over the top to double ensure waterproof-ness, big wide heavy duty straps and buckles to secure it. Its really overkill actually. Im not sure if the one they are selling now is the same as mine because mine is a few years old and its green.
