My 2018 Limited with rear seat entertainment has a frequent rattle from the passenger seat RSE screen. This happens when the front passenger seat is not occupied. It appears to be originating from the screen. Moving screen angle does not seem to impact.
At first request my dealer said Ford did not approve to correct the problem. Service advisor said they reported as vibration of passenger seat headrest. Have 1k miles before warranty expires. Any suggestions how to get this headrest with RSE replaced under warranty?

Does it still rattle when the screen is locked into position? There is a release switch top/center that allows the screens to pivot to adjust viewing angle. Mine rattle sometimes over large enough bumps if the screens aren't locked into place. Try some felt or similar to see if you can isolate the issue.
