My driver's side seat belt is not retracting very well... because of this, it often gets in the way of closing the door...
Has anyone ran into this and has fixed it?
Any ideas / suggestions?
Thanks

Typically when the seat belt doesn't retract well, it's time to replace it. You don't want to lube it as it is a safety issue.

try pulling it all the way out to see if it has a twist in it. sometimes that will hinder the way it retracts, and wipe it off as it goes back in. if not you should replace it.

It had a bit of a twist... I am guessing for a bit... and it seems like the retractor got lazy.... I am hiring a personal trainer to get it back in shape :)

Is this a common issue?
If anyone has had this issue let us know....
