Ok so I took out the mid row seats to detail the interior and the mid row single seat is now stuck in the collapsed position. I can't figure out for the life of me how to get it back upright... Help please.

The only time mine got stuck, I just had to push down on it really hard and collapse it really tight while releasing it at the same time.( like over collapse it).

I'll give that a shot. Just don't wanna break it. Lord knows what a new one would cost. Even from a salvage yard. Thanks!

yeah just press on top of the seat. like sit on it and then use the handle at the same time. should work. i have to do that sometimes.

Yeah, I think I actually kneeled on it too, while I was releasing the handle.

Can you try installing the seat back and releasing it that way? I used to have the same problem. Made it easier to move around but was a pain to open up. I would just leave it closed/ collapsed until I put it back in the truck
