Anyone ever remove the cloth from a seat and replace it with leather? Seems like it could be easier than replacing a good seat.

They do sell replacement seat covers in leather, don't remember where but I remember they're spendy. My guess is it could be done fairly easily as long as the foam profile is the same, a fact I cannot confirm or deny :-(
