Second row middle seat feels loose

can someone else pitch in and let me know if this is normal!! My middle seat second row feels loose you can pull on the back of the seat and it moves a good one inch won’t fold down but feels loose.. I folded the seat and reseat it several times with no change it folds fine!! Just feels loose

Just checked mine... it moves a tiny bit, maybe a 1/4 inch. But if I pull the release strap a bit, I can get it to where it moves about an inch. I pull it harder and it folds. So maybe there's something blocking the latch and preventing it from latching completely.
