Settings not retained in memory for seat position - steering position and other customization

Hello All,

For my 2020 XLT 202a , earlier it used to work fine, however recently I noticed that any user based settings and customizations are not retained - either at all or randomly get reset after 1 or 2 recalls on a cold start.

I am tired of doing the settings again and again, and finding out at the next run to have everything back to default.

I guess there were a couple of auto updates that did happen and below (screenshot) is the latest SYNC version I have.

Is it a common widespread issue, and what is the possible solution for it.
