Has anyone used the X3 plugs on a 2005 Expedition. I am looking to get new plugs and are looking towards the X3 and the motor craft does any one have any recommendation?

Well the safest bet is motorcraft. I have heard these motors are fussy when it comes to plugs so I would be wary of taking the chance. Especially given what a pain the plugs are to replace in the first place.

take all the spark plug boot off, and blow it out with air compressor, then spray down some carb cleaner or PB plaster and left it over night. Keep us update,

Use only motorcraft plug,

btw how many miles is your 05 ?

about 130k trying to resolve some of the issues with it jerking. It was recommended to change the plugs to try and fix it so I shall see and plus my wife will be traveling farther for work and want to make sure its running good for her. It occasionally has some trouble starting and if you floor it will misfires.
