Special Service Message 51899 - 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator - Intermittent No Crank/No Start

Some 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit intermittent no crank/no start concern. The concern may no longer be present after a battery reset. This may be due to the body control module (BCM) software. To correct the condition, reprogram the BCM using the latest version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 15604 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

I have a 2023 Expedition that is dealing with this. Anyone else have this issue? Has it been fixed and if so what was done?

I’m reading on other sites that this issue is on going even after the software update.
