Special Service Message 52133 - 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator - 4x4 Reverts To 2H After Key Cycle
Some 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a 1 speed transfer case may exhibit a concern where the 4x4 setting reverts to 2H after a key cycle. This may be due to the transfer case control module (TCCM) software. To correct the condition, reprogram the TCCM using the latest version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 7E453 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
