Sport Mode

Is there a setting whereby Sport Mode is the default setting. When in sport mode when you turn the car off it resets automatically back to normal mode. I want it to stay in Sport?
PS: Have owned my Platinum 2018 4 months put 7,000 miles on it - To Montana and back to Virginia. Over mountain passes - off road out west, vehicle is amazing. Averaging 20.5 miles per gallon.Not one issue.
Hope in future years Ford adds heads up display. In any case would buy another when my lease is up

Assuming it’s like the F-150 or Lexus, no. It will always default to normal mode like it does with the auto start stop. If a sport mode isn’t required to default back, then it has to be tested in that mode by the epa for gas mileage that way. So there is one default configuration for that reason that includes normal mode and auto start stop engaged.

On other vehicles I've had, that feature [remembering which drive mode you were in] has been enabled by various tunes. I wonder if that'd be possible here as well.

I have installed the 5 star calibration in mine
Vastly improved throttle response, ASS disabled & if you ask I am pretty sure you can get sport mode as default in their software
However mine performs so much better I never bother to use sport mode now
Transmission shifts much better attuned to engine load over stock as well
