Anyone ever have a issue with cold weather ? My 03 eb 5.4 will not idle in cold weather it will idle for about 5 min trying to warm it up then if im not giving it gas it boggs down and dies or basically just shuts off never stalls in warmer weather changed the maf sensor seems worse so putting the old 1 back in if any input can be given id greatly appreciate it

Almost sounds like a bad idle air control valve. Have you scanned it for codes? Is the check engine light on?

Check engine light is on but not seeing any code that could cause the issue the aic valve was actually gonna be my next part

Not to come off like a jerk, but you'd be a lot better off doing some actual diagnosis rather than throwing parts at it. You can have a trouble code without a check engine light showing, particularly if it's pending. I would recommend going to the auto parts store and having them scan for codes before buying anything.

I did the only code that came up said it is running rich im just trying to see if anyone else ever had this problem i took it to the dealer last year they said they fixed it and it was doing it again before i got home
