Sumo Spring part numbers

Sumo spring itself doesn’t seem to know the answer to this one.

Which part number do I want for the rears?

Amazon is showing three options and it says all of the fit: 1168, 1145, and 1094.

That’s correct. Same part number I purchased, and installed on my 2016 EL. Which coincidentally I removed, and then put on my 2024 Ram.
