Sunroof help needed

Got a sunroof leak. I think it’s coming from the passenger side sunroof drain. Leak starts in the front passenger corner of the sunroof and then overtime leaks down the pillar around the handle. I will first get water in the seat and then eventually water in the floorboard.

Any tips/tricks to get that thing unclogged? I have tried compressed air and have tried weed eater string. I’m only able to get the string about 3-4 inches before I hit the block and I am unable to get past it

Try a thicker weed eater line and also use Liquid-Plumr it works really good if something is stuck in the tubes.
