Start with and On3 2V Mustang turbo kit and modify it for the truck? Headers should clear, obviously things will have to be massaged/re-routed and re-welded but the big 5.4L combined with the characteristics of a turbo would be pretty cool. There is definitely plenty of room for it.
If not... the Lightning blower is not a direct drop on but its about as "direct" as its going to get. Problem with those blowers is they heat soak in about 2 seconds. With that said, once you do the lightning setup that opens the door to any blower that ever came out for the lightning like the Whipple and TVS.
