Somebody cut your hot water supply lines and made hamburger of everything. I can't tell if you have a vacuum supply line going into the firewall grommet or what. I assume you're not the original owner?

That's your front windshield washer line, and it should be plugged into the washer pump. One line goes to the rear washer, one line goes to the front.

No. I'm not the original owner. I have 4 lines that I don't know where they go. The vacuum line in first pic The supply line from that grommet that has this 3 prong check valve attached. The hard plastic broken line that comes from back of battery wall and a skinny black rubber line that comes from the bottom across the wheel well. They all 3 meet at the corners of battery and PCM. So I assume these are connected by this 3 prong check valve? < (Not including vacuum).Green in this first pic is the vacuum coming from grommet. Red is the 3 prong check valve. In 2nd pic I am holding the hard plastic broke line comes from behind battery and the skinny rubber one that comes from the wheel well. 3rd pic shows skinny rubber one and another that comes from across wheel well .
No the line I am looking for to find out where it goes is the one that has a diagonal cut on the end and the end is sitting on top of the battery post. It is a thin plastic line but does have some vacuum. So far I have plugged it up but it must either connect to something or is some kind of vent but then why would it have a vacuum? It is connected to a fitting that has two other large rubber lines connecting to a check valve. plugging it or not does not seem to make the engine miss.

I'm gonna go with dash vent solenoid supply line for a hundred Alex . If it has a vacuum on it with the engine running it's a supply line to something. The only hard plastic line in that area is the dash vent control supply line. Hopefully you find the other end of it poking out of the pass-thru grommet there just below it on the firewall. You can splice them back together with a short pi

In the first pic, that line that you have green writing pointing to is your hot water valve vacuum line. Attach it to the hot water valve nipple.

Ok. If that goes there, then where is the last vacuum connection on vacuum coming from other side? Speaking of the heater Core vacuum valve. As long as flow arrows are going the right way, does it matter what side vacuum is on? The new one came from manufacturer twice, opposite from old one. Is this Fords way of getting vacuum out of outlet lines way for better access?

@Hamfisted would you kindly take pics of your engine bay, so that I can compare my throttle body lines with yours? Where does the line that comes off of the nipple at the very back left side of engine(on the under manifold line) connect too? I'm not sure I have mine placed correctly. Trying to double check I have everything placed right.
