Thermo to Rochester, NY

Hey all, my work is sending me up to Ontario, NY to work an outage up there in October. Anyone wanna get together? I don't know my schedule right now, but once I get in the outage, I will have a few hours, but that is about it as I will be working 72 hour weeks (12 hour shifts, 6 days a week, more than likely 6p-6a). As the time gets closer, I will have more solid information.

On a side note, anyone have the inside scoop on a cheap place to stay in the area? Worst case I am going to stay at the Extended Stay America in either Henrietta or in Greece and go from there. Possible talk of staying at the Avalon in Webster (would share a room with another guy). Let me know if you have another option.

2000eb, I am helping out a sister plant. So, it is not like I am going to be out of work until then. I have my full time job here in Maryland and then they pay me to go up there and help (along with some per diem). So, yes, I know when I will be there. Looking like I will be in town starting October 14th and then be therefore the next 30 days (give or take a few based on how the outage goes).

walnuts, yes, Oswego is only about an hour from where I will be working. Where I normally stay is about 30 minutes beyond there. I normally stay on the west side of Rochester. But, I am sure I can meet him somewhere in the middle.

he travels... we go back and forth between watertown and oswego a lot during the summer... so i'm sure he would go out that way.... reason to play with all his new toys

walnuts, unfortunately, no, nukie will not be coming. But, I will be in the wife's Fusion more than likely, so, I won't be completely Fordless. Granted, maybe I can bring my Jag up. LMAO. Let me see what my schedule is looking like and then we can get something a bit more solid planned.

2000eb, yes, Nukie is still for sale. not really pushing the sale too much, but if the money comes along, it will be gone.
