Third row seats won't fold

So my wife left the sunroof open the other day as she wanted to wash the car out naturally. After get the shop vac and the gallons of water in the car and everything dried out, the only issue is the rear seats will not fold. She had also left the side rear windows open as well.

The owner's manual is not in the car (suprise suprise) so I checked th fuses the best I could and did not see any that were blown. Nice location by Ford on the fuse box. Impossible to really look at it.

Can anyone direct me to a thread on this or have any ideas or the right fuse # and diagrams. I searched the forum but did not find anything. I have pushed the buttons while shaking the seats to see if they were stuck but since they quit after the rain, I figure something go wet and blew a fuse.

Get a test light and start checkin' the fuses. The owners manual will tell u where to look. The top cover on the rear panel comes off to access the switches fron the back.
