2004 Expedition XLT w/ leather and 86,000 miles. Clean exterior and interior.
Car was $8,760 at auction including auction fee
$1,000 commission to the dealer
$150 processing
$78.25 title fee
$50.00 tag fee
$90.00 post sale inspection
$644.60 in sales tax
So $10,772.85 for car out the door
$751.86 in repairs (a/c actuator motor replacement, fuel pump replacement, fuel filter replacement, spark plugs replacement and labor)
$1,070 wheels / tires (22inch status canes plus tires)
for a grand total of: $12,167.56
Not sure I feel like this was a good a deal now as I did when I bought it at auction but then again what do I know. Thoughts?

I paid $14,800 (minus my trade in) out the door for my 2000 Expy with 82,000 mi on it back in 2005. I traded in an Explorer.....too small.
. I can blame it on this forum
