Throttle cable replacement

Hello everyone! My Expy is an 03 with the 4.6L 2V. I have been looking to replace the throttle cable for some time now but cannot find any vehicle-specific cables for it. Has anyone had to do this? Can a universal kit fit it? Throttle cable length? Any help is appreciated. You guys are awesome!

Here's the Ford part # 2L1Z9A758AA. Well that's for a 2004, it's probably the same though. I can't find any, but this is the kinda thing I'd hit up a salvage yard for anyway. Just try to find one that hasn't been kinked.
