I actually accomplished what I thought would be impossible. I removed and replace the wiper transmission/linkage on my 2013 and it actually works. I’m far from a mechanic or engineer but had faith I could figure it out. Now I’m stumped by trying to place the windshield/wiper cowel because of the plastic clips. Does anyone have any tips/tricks/suggestions on lining these little puppies up and applying blind pressure with the hope that they will miraculously all snap into place. I’ve already smoked 8 of these clips and need to go back and buy more for a third try. I’ve been trying to work from driver side to passenger side and securing the front engine clips first by apply force toward the windshield then working driver side to passenger side by pushing down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This has been extremely frustrating that I’m this close and can’t seem to move on to the next step.
I didn’t see an actual channel for the washer fluid hose to follow so if someone could confirm that it just goes underneath the cowl just making sure it’s not kinked.
