Walsh, the correct look for a tire is dependent on the owner. It is like asking if a certain color will look good on a vehicle. Some will say yes, some will say no. The question is, do you like the look? With the setup you have, you can run up to a 315/75R16 on 8" wide rims. If you step up to a rim that is wider than 8", you WILL!!!!! end up with rubbing without further modifications.
With that being said, you can run up to something around the range of 36x12.5 on an 8" wide rim. I am running 37x12.5's on a 4" suspension lift. Please keep in mind that my truck has a lot of other modifications to make the tires work. I know 35x12.5's on an 8" rim will fit on your truck no problems with what you have done. Just keep in mind that as you start going up in tire size, the need to change gearing becomes more and more important. 33's, stock gearing is fine for even moderate towing. 35's with stock 3.73 gearing is ok, but towing capacity should be reduced to under 5,000 pounds to prevent overheating of the transmission. If you have 3.55's and are planning 35's, then regearing should be considered being done. Stepping up to 37's is a garanteed regearing unless you are going to be doing no towing and plan on keeping the truck empty almost all of the time.
