Trans type

I am sure this has been answered before but 54 pages of threads is a lot to look through. I'm trying to figure out which transmission is in my 01 expedition I just purchased, I am trying to find a tuner and on amazon and they are asking me which trans I have and of course the vin does have the trans type in it. I'm hoping it easy to figure out with help from the good folks here.

it shouldnt matter the exact trans you have an automatic is all i got asked with 2 different tuners

anyways an 01 should have the 4R70W

Thanks man I just know on amazon it asked which trans I had and it gave me the 2 choices.

I have an '01 and my trans is the 4R100.

Srry for bringing up an old post but my 97 Eddie Bauer Expy has shifting issues and wont kick down to pass. Been told its the tcc solenoid. Trying to figure out if it is a 4r70w and if anyone has got one from rockauto? My local stores say two weeks for them n way more money. Thanks.
