Went out of town for the long weekend and noticed a little skipping or jerking in the the transmission. Happened once to me on the way out of town between about 60-70 MPH on the interstate and then not again until we were on the way back yesterday to my wife but this time under 30 MPH. Anybody run into this? 2007 Eddie Bauer with about 89K miles.

May not be the transmission. If you spark plugs are original they are at the end of their usable life and could be the issue. Or a coil pack possibly

Thanks Edmaude after further assessment I think you are right and the plugs need replacing. Bought it used a few months back and don't think they were ever replaced so I will start there....whoo the dreaded 5.4 plugs. Hope they stay intact :whymewhyme:
