Transmission Slipping?

When I accelerate in my 2003 EB 4WD I get a slight jerky feeling. Maybe 4-5 jerks. I am pretty sure it has the posi rear as well. There is no loss in power and no engine problems just the jerkiness at startup. Does this sound like the transmission is starting to slip? How much are parts and labor to replace the trans? Is it time to trade the old girl in? It has 100k miles.

I was wondering the same thing. Mine just started doing the same thing but just one clunk as I'm accelerating. It just turned over 125k miles. It's happened about 3 or 4 times so far.
