Sorry about that, it's an 04 with the 4.6L

I was so excited when I got this truck because I got a hell I a deal on it! It's and 04 with 115 K and I paid 4300.00. It had a miss the owner couldn't find. He put new COP on it and turns out one of them was bad so I went to junk yard and got one for 5 bucks

Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC valve.

there is a very good video on you tube about cleaning the exhaust ports in the throttle body.
The ports in the 4.6 are more prone to clog than the 5.4
