On my 98 expedition 4.6, my turn signal sometimes does not work or it struggles to flash. Im trying to figure out where is the relay located the manual does not say where its located and i know there is two somewhere for harzard & signal. This happen couple years and a buddy of mine changed the multi-function stalk and that was not the problem. He then changed the relay, then it worked fine. I want to change the relay again first but my buddy is no longer around to help.

On my 99 it is located under the dash, directly above the OBDII connector on the left side of the console. I didn't get a good look at it but I was able to hear and feel it while it was flashing.
