My 2010 Navigator has 210,000 miles on it. For the past 2k miles, it has developed a rattle after the engine has been warmed up for some time and I am strolling around at slow speed, or around idle operation. I suspected it to be the cam phasers. It sounds like a diesel and shakes the car pretty good. Anyway, I got a check engine light on the way home from work today and I got the following..

Is it possible that it is simply a camshaft sensor or do you think I am looking at a cam phaser(s) replacement?
