Vibration near washer fluid reservoir

I have a vibration in my 2006 expedition that starts right after I start the truck and it last for about a minute. Seems to be near the washer fluid reservoir. Any ideas?

Its the compressor for the air suspension. Its located just underneath the reservoir.
