I haven’t had it work just yet. My dealer said they were instructed to tell folks it was rolling out. So it may be on a new update or something.

I have it working on my 2016 but don't like the way Android Auto takes over the other phone functions in order to get Waze on the nav screen. So I seldom use AA.

ok, i should have clarified. for iOS.

Ah. "Should" be the same process. Once you get Carplay up and running when you hit the NAV on the screen it should offer you Apple Maps or Waze. Of course on mine it says Google Maps or Waze. Good luck!!
