Want to buy faded 9in emblem. Got One?

I notice lots of complaints of the emblem fading and being replaced. Has anyone swapped theirs without breaking the posts? I would like to put one on my silver 2011 SSV a little more securely than just 3M tape. I saw one at the salvage yard last week but guy wouldn't sell me the emblem just the whole grille. I'd pay or I would trade my nice blue one, though I have to be sure I can get it off first. It seems most break the posts when removing.

Knockoffs cost 15-20 bucks and Motorcraft costs ~40.

Both come with posts, the posts work.

PS if you WANT it to be all silver, just wipe down with 91% isopropyl alcohol.

The paint is seriously THAT sad.

might try the iso, the ones on Amazon aren't quite the look I want.
