Way to display external temp?

I was trying to find the external temperature display in the menu's for the driver side display. Am I missing something or is that not a feature?

Unless its on the off road tab, it doesnt display in the tach display, only the touchscreen

If you’re in CarPlay there is literally no way to see the outside temp. A common CarPlay complaint.

To see it you need to hit the Ford Sync button on your CarPlay home screen. That will take you back to the Ford display and the temp is along the top edge.

You cannot see the outside temp in either the gauge cluster or CarPlay.

If you're in car play can you not simply just ask it what's the current temp? That's what I do anyway in android auto when I actually care to know. That's easier than even pressing the ext temp button on the HVAC controls in my 2nd gen.
