Weird ticking noise towards the back of the truck

I have a 97 and there has been some wear ticking noises towards the back of the truck I have been notcing it when I speed up and coming to a cost any idea on what it would be?

maybe rear ebrakes have came apart or possably the rear diff bearings

any way I can tell and if it is one of these should I replace or would it be alright to drive on it

you can pull the rear rotors and check the e brake shoes and seals to eliminate one possability
