Finally! Changed the AC compressor, only ran me $400 for a new motorcraft unit. Old one has the clutch locked up so bad that me & my buddy can't get the pulley to spin a hair. Good to have the tow turd running again. Gonna go get it filled up with freon now

Did you go with the ceramic or reflective metalized tint?

Neither. I went with Carbon film from Suntek. Didn't want to spend the extra money on the ceramic and they recommended against the metallic film due to blocking of radio waves etc.

I did the Suntek CXP on the front two windows (legal limit)
used the Suntek Carbon on the rest of the vehicle.

Suntek CXP is a quality tint. It's TSER is on par with Pinnacle F1 and CXP is probably a lot cheaper. Suntek Carbon's TSER numbers are about 10% less, but you're not going to be able to tell the difference when the sun is beating down on your truck. My only qualm with these tints is that they appear green; I prefer a smoked appearance or even blue.

"The new phone book's here! The new phone book's here!"

Ordered my new driver's seat cover with Durofoam cushion yesterday and it arrived today (wasn't expecting to see that until Tuesday). Guess I now know what I am doing this weekend.

On a side note, drove 4 hours through/across the hurricane rainbands on the Interstate. Rain-X on the windshield, new tires, and 4 wheel drive high are your friend! There was 2 to 4 inches of constant water on the road, it just couldn't run off fast enough. Then you would actually hit a puddle in a lower spot where water was really collecting and it would cut your speed in half!

Well I'm a little late but yesterday I dropped off mine at the tranny shop... She's getting a FULL tranny rebuild and then a go-through on everything else underneath to make sure everything is ready for the 35s... Should be done in 7-10 days I'll keep y'all posted and I'm gonna do a real photoshoot when I get the meats on

Actually these look black or grey to me. No green tint to it at all. Can't see in the back but you can see out just fine. Truck will be my son's so I don't want it so dark he can't see, but I wanted it dark enough people coudln't see his football gear or whatever in the back. I'm pretty satified all things considered.

Mine is the 18% applied inside of the original factory tint so perhaps that is why I don't see that.

Washed mine by hand fot the first time since July- possibly June. Lots of brake dust came off those wheels.

Beautiful, 10K-Watts.

All I did today was mount up my UltraGauge MX. I pulled the dash trim below the steering wheel and ran the wire behind it to keep everything tidy.
