i used mine today to run around and go shopping. only put 260 miles on it in the last month and 8 days. going to fill it up then i'm letting some family from Chicago use it for the 3 weeks they are here. they are planning to drive all over so i need to give it a good check-up before next weekend.

Taking a trip to a "Safari" park today. Will probably spend the evening washing zebra and buffalo drool from the doors and side windows.

I've been doing this over the past couple of weeks...

First time posting...

Added coils instead of repairing air assist in the back.

Fixed the drivers seat. New Dorman seat warmers (back and seat), repaired the leather in the seat and arm rest. Cost $ @265.00. Dorman pads $130.00?.

Fixed two dents in rear hatch that have been bugging me. $125.00

Replaced the struts in the rear window. $45.00

Repainted the molding around the grill to original glory. $150.00

Replaced stock muffler with a Flowmaster 40. Two tips out the back. $450.00

Verified my overdrive works despite the light not coming on. Thank goodness it is. Bad news a switch or instrument cluster light is out.

Repainted the cross bars to the luggage rack. $10.00

I still want to fix a slight leak in the transfer case. Adjust the headlights from removing them. Compressor for the for the air assist is still going off way too much in my opinion. This is not being caused from anything having to do with the rear. Completely redo my brakes. Eventually I'll fix the blender door. Lucky for me its stuck in a good position.

Removed and cleaned the throttle body. Really impressed on the response when I hit the accelerator. It took about 2 hrs. 2 cans of crc throttle body cleaner

Washed my '03 and drove about 150 miles with the kids to go pick something up for the wife. Then came home and changed the oil and air filter in the old lady's '98.

Took out the train horns and disassembled them from the manifold. I'll run hoses to each and mount them independently under the rear bumper, so that I can finally put my spare tire back under the truck.

Finished remounting the train horns in their new place: the 2 bigger horns and the manifold up in the bumper space behind the right rear wheel and the smaller horn a bit more to the center.
I was finally able to put the spare back.
