I tried starting it today after 2 days of sitting in -10F weather and no dice. Then I tried opening the hood to plug in the engine heater and to take out the battery, but no chance of that either. The hood latch is frozen shut.
Now I'm googleing for ways of jimmying the hood latch :)

On top of that I parked it smack in the middle of the driveway the other day and now I can't even pull my civic out of the garage because the truck is blocking it. So we're completely on foot.

Fun times.

Can you shift to neutral and roll it out of the way? Otherwise do you have a heater (milkhouse/space heater) you can point towards the hood latch to thaw it out?

I drove my truck to the grocery and back. I haven't driven much lately due to a concussion.

I rolled it down in neutral almost to the end of the driveway, but I still need about two more feet of space to back the civic out of my tight single width garage and around the truck.

I actually managed to open the hood in a matter of seconds using a thin metal rod. Hope no thief ever tries that because it's waaaay too easy to open the hood that way. :)

The battery was at only 11.6V. Piece of crap and it's only two years old. I've connected it to the trickle charger and i've also plugged in the engine block heater. Will leave them on until morning. Hope the beast starts up.

proper inverter install

See attached pictures but this is how an it should be done notice I used two 2 awg wire for return and supply
If you use to small of a wire it likely you will set something on fire 2 awg is good for 100 amps dc 2000 watts pulls 166 amps so its best to doubble up on the wires and fuse it for only 80% of what the wire is rated for. My altinator pushes 180 amps at 2200 rpm.

Went through a field Saturday and got covered in mud, washed and waxed Sunday.

the LSD seems to work, my buddy in a 01 explorer floored it and did a peg leg burn out, I made a nice set of tracks and had a good time with my new ride ;)
