Thanks! Yeah I'm getting cooper st maxx e rated. Just don't know if I'm getting 265 70 17 or 285 70 17. Thinking right before winter in case we get snow next year.

Looking awesome Andrew!

Thanks! Hard to see the difference but its noticeable for me and the ride is amazing.

Changed the fuel filter on my 2006 today, since I didn't know when it had been done last figured it would be a good idea to do it. The fuel I got out of it was all brown and nasty and full of sediments so I figure it was definitely due.

What did I do to my Expedition today? Well, I bought it!! New to me Limited 2wd 5.4 with the tow pkg, I love it!! Can't wait to take her to Orlando next week to see Mickey with the family. Only 28k miles!! Pic on the new member page (need to add to my profile).

Well, heck, why don't I just put the pic here as well.

Though not technically today (Friday evening/Saturday morning), I replaced my intake manifold gaskets. Was getting coolant leaking into the cylinders after sitting overnight. While i was there i replaced the spark plugs. They were looking pretty bad after 100k miles. Probably should've done the valve cover gaskets too, but i was tired. I don't think the intake will make it much harder anyway.

Shoot that reminds me I need to do the plugs in my truck too. Not sure if they have been changed but sitting at 125k I dread doing it lol.

Actually I am vacuuming out my truck as I type this. I would wash it but every time I got the hose going it started raining.

Nice work! I have personally done all 3, plugs, intake gaskets and valve cover gaskets, and all 3 were a ***** as I did the plugs first then I had to the intake and valve cover gaskets a cpl months later.

In fact after getting the intake off I replaced all 8 plugs again since they were right there, and I bought better ones the second time.

I got a bunch of the valve cover bolts off by going through the wheel wells, just a Lil tip when u do yours.

The intake and valve cover gaskets are such small items but take so much work to get to, but it's so worth it in the end, my motor was so filthy from the coolant and oil seeping onto it, and the plugs would have eventually started fouling from oil and coolant. Was like a new truck after!

When I did the intake a ton the time to clean out every sensor on the intake with throttle body cleaner, truck idles perfectly and runs so smooth august will be one year since I did all that work and it still runs great, and I just clicked past 360,000 kms this week, with 14 brutal Manitoba winters under its belt. That's Ford tough.

Its been raining nearly every day for the last couple weeks here in CO. It's very unusual for around here. But we need the rain so I suppose it's not too bad.

Yikes. I guess I should be grateful it's only raining where I am at. With any luck, nature won't throw any more temper tantrums in June.

Picked up the truck after the headers and alignment. So far I love it and also there is no sound difference at all. Outside of full throttle the truck sounds pretty much stock. Hoping the gibson cat back will be nearly as quiet once I install it.
