Installed M&R Automotive Pod lights and Diode Dynamics Fog Lights along with 2025 Expedition Tremor take-offs - 18" Wheels w/ General Grabber A/T that I had powder-coated black and ceramic coated. Have to still position the ditch lights
How difficult was the lower bumper removal for the lights behind the grill?

Is that an Improved Racing thermal bypass unit? I've thought about that myself. Got a parts list of what you did? Like to hear a follow-up on how that setup does for you (warm-up; running temps; etc.).

Yes, it is the 185° improved racing bypass. It has the -10 ports. Transmission stayed at less than 196°F loaded at 13,000 from Florida to Kansas and Kansas to Florida. I was towing a boat and had a rooftop box. Speeds were 75 mph including hills in NW Arkansas. Outside temps were 100°F. It takes about 10 miles to reach 190°F under normal driving. I will do a complete write-up with part list and pictures in the next couple of weeks.
