Which fuses are these?

i am in the process of trying to hard wire a dash cam in my 17 expy platinum and noticed the passenger fuse panel differs from what I found online.

Pic shows what i currently have.
1. My number 45 fuse (spare) has a 5A fuse in the slot, which checked out with good continuity, but no power regardless of acc on or engine running. Should there be power here?

There also appears to be fuses in the #42 spot, 5A, with power when running, what could this be for?

There are also fuses in #43 and #44 with no power, running or not.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Bumping this post. Looking to HW a dash cam like BuffaloBooker with the same connections into the passenger footwell sub panel. I've tried about everything but cannot find a Fuse that is on accessory power and shuts of with the vehicle. 2021 Expy for me.

Looking at the manual for the '17 some possibles I would check for accessory power: 6, 9, 10, 34, 35, 38, 40, 46

42, 43 and 44 are all listed as "not used."
