Wierd noise

Help, I have a 2005 expedition and lately when driving on the freeway, I will get a wierd noise, like a "whoop" sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. I doesn't happen all the time and of course it never happens when I take it to the dealer. It happens with the A/C on and off, with the radio on and off. It's driving me crazy. Has anyone experienced this? Please help!!!!

check the spare tire make sure it not loose.

Is it with the car on or off? Does it do it when you jump on the car? Electrical, mechanical?

Try to find a way to make it repeatable.

mine makes a clanking noise when the A/C is on too. Im pretty sure it's just opening up. I dont hear it in the winter, only in the summer.

My AC is quite noisy as well, although I hardly ever used it.
