Alright, back to the torsion twist. Is it best to have the Expy on the ground, or to lift it up then crank?

Measure from the ground to the highest point of the wheel well while on the ground?

2000 Expedition Eddie Bauer NO AIR RIDE, strutmaster conversion.

Any advice/ help would be awesome.

they say it is best to do it with front end in the air, but people have done it both ways... crank each side evenly then drive it around to let is settle and measure so see if you need to adjust more

I did mine on the ground. Drove it around a bit. Remeasured and adjusted as necessary.
