you will need 2 sets. one for your lowbeams and one for your foglights. and a 3rd if you want to do your high beams. Get the wire harness to help it draw enough power on startups

I would love to get rid of the "yellow" looking lights and replace them with the white light ones but i have no idea which ones to get.

I do not want even a hint of blue though. Any suggestions? This would just be for my low beams since i plan to replace the fogs with led units at some point.

They come in diff style kits, the white ones are like 6 or 8000 k.. you can google HID lights and a chart will probably show to give you an idea. They look great.

Here is my 13 with 6,000K bulbs and 35 watt ballasts. I would shy away from 8K unless you want to look like a ricer. My friend has 8,000 on his Cobra and is waiting on his 6,000Ks to get here after seeing mine and the difference at night and in the rain.

If I wanted to just do my lowbeams and fogs can I just buy the HID bulbs (6000k) or do I need anything else... like wiring harnesses, etc?

4300k is standard white 6000k is bright. white with little Bit of blue and 8000k is blue I currently have those.. You will need an HID KIT both for your low beams and fog lights which mean two sets of ballast and HID bulbs..

9006 HID KIT for low beams
H10 hid kit for your fog lights

I suggest going with a 35 watt ballast because if you go with 55 watt or higher you will need to get a RELAY HARNESS so the power can be drawn directly from the battery and mot affect your OEM wiring.
