i had them put in when i was in el paso for work, i would have done it myself but he charged me $500 (hell of a steal) for both headrest tv's, my pioneer double din deck with bluetooth module, 2nd dvd player in the console, and wireless headphones all around so i just let them install it. but its not too hard all you have to do is trace out the measurements with a grease pencil and cut out some of the padding and drop the screen in, the wires run straight thru the back of the seats really easy then wire it to the video source, and get power from the remote wire to the deck.
the port will wake the subs up, and facing up the bass travels better in the truck. in the drivers seat you can feel the air pushing on the back of your head. this is the reason i dont reccomend getting the single 15 because the port is on the side not the front like the superbass boxes (bass doesnt travel as well). i just hooked a buddy up who had a 5 series bmw with a single 12 cvr in a pro box in the trunk it hits hard for that kind of application.
