    There is no blockage. New filter, lines are clear, and pump shows 44 PSI at the rail.

    Do you have the operational procedures for checking the Power feeds to the PCM? I am assuming I would need to disconnect the battery (first), then disconnect the PCM. Then reconnect the battery and check the feeds to the pins on the connection for the PCM???? I cannot believe this is happening...
