Grinding or slight shuttering/rubbing noise while braking
My 2003 expedition just recently started making these noises ONLY when I’m braking. It sounds like it’s coming from underneath but towards the rear not 100% because I’m driving and can’t see directly. Talk to a few people said it’s prolly the brake pads worn or rotors. I said def could be...- Ben F

Popping Noise From Rear A/C Blower '03 Expo
I'm currently trying to changed the harder one. Temp blend. I can't get this thing in for the life of me! I've tried everything part matches up. Seems to fit at first. Trouble changing the a/c temp blend actuator (hard one)
Now it's basically covering the entire hole. This is why the d shaft on the actuator won't drop in I'm assuming. What is causing this? Anyone know?- Ben F

There's an image of the opening. I stuck my phone down there and snapped some photos. I mean I don't really see what the the deal is.....it sort of looks like something could be obstructing it in the 2nd one- Ben F

Yea the old one did go back in. I know longer have it because I took it apart to inspects the pieces. I literally put them side by side. Did see any difference really. I put the 2 D shaft post back to back and they matched up pefectly in height and width so what could be the difference?- Ben F

I'm trying to replace the temp blend door actuator (hard one). I cannot get this piece on for the life of me. Everyone says it's a 10min fix which it should probably be. I matched it up to my old. Same D shaft. Same size. Everything. Part 604-202 or OE #F5TZ19E616A. This actuator will not go...- Ben F

ANYONE WITH RUMBLE STRIP or 35 & 55 MPH drivetrain noises READTHIS!
someone else with similar problems...maybe thats mine not sure. i have a 2003 5.4L XLT runs fine other than say when I'm going up hill(most noticeable to me) or something it gives a big grinding thud as it switches gears. never been able to get a straight answer from anyone other than its...- Ben F

I've done that their site provides no help at all. you type in those keywords and get nothing. part number...nothing. so where exactly are you finding these pictures? get i can live chat with them tomorrow or take the other side off this weekend and try to find a part number- Ben F

Thanks Hamfisted I think were on to something there. Ill look when I get home late tonight. I didn't think it came in multiple pieces but that makes sense as to why that piece I got was so small (the liner patch) so I just need the liner on the left side? So the liner is split in 2 as well left...- Ben F
